Privacy
This website is run by Keith Laker, trading as Laker Kitchens, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. This page explains what happens to the details you give us.
What we collect
When you book a design visit through the form, we receive your name, phone number, postcode, your email address if you give it, the best way to reply, the rooms you’re interested in and anything you write in the message. If you phone, text, WhatsApp or email Keith, he has your number or address and what you tell him.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you, arrange your design visit, prepare your design and quote and, if you go ahead, supply and fit your kitchen. We don’t use it for marketing, and we never sell it or pass it to anyone else, except a supplier or fitter who needs it to do your job.
Where it is kept
Requests sent through the form are stored on the server that hosts this website and emailed to Keith.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and guarantee purposes.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
