Hunton Shaker

About Shaker islands on legs

Classic Shaker styling with a beautifully considered furniture feel.

Hunton brings together the timeless simplicity of a Shaker door and the flexibility to create a kitchen that feels entirely your own. Its balanced framed design suits both contemporary-classic interiors and welcoming family kitchens, offering understated character without unnecessary ornament.

A Design Feature: the Furniture-Style Island

One particularly attractive option is an island raised on legs rather than finished with a conventional 150mm plinth. This creates the elegant appearance of freestanding furniture, allowing the floor to remain visible beneath the island and giving the whole kitchen a lighter, more individual look. It is a beautiful way to introduce a luxurious design detail within our Signature Collection.

Colour and Character

The photographs show Hunton in a striking two-tone combination of Porcelain and Hartforth Blue. Light cabinetry brings freshness and space, while the deeper blue island and base units add contrast and definition. Hunton also works beautifully with pale stone-effect worktops, natural wood and warm metallic handles.
